We are pleased to announce that our company PST CLC Mitsui-Soko a.s., holder of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) permit No. CZAEOF0800E3 dated 8 August 2017, has successfully passed the recent verification of compliance with the conditions and criteria under the EU Customs Code.
In the framework of the examination, we have met all the criteria set out in Article 39 of the Union Customs Code and further regulated in the provisions of Articles 24 to 28 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447. We have thus confirmed our ability to meet the demanding requirements for Authorised Economic Operator authorisation relating to customs simplification, safety and security.
