HOW DO WE SELECT SUITABLE CANDIDATES?
Each position is assessed individually based on several criteria – primarily a detailed description of the position, a discussion with the department manager and the current situation in the team. We then determine the profile of the candidate we are looking for and post the position. We consider the person’s interest, then their professional experience and often their language skills to be essential for our selection from the responses we receive.

DO WE USE ANY OTHER SELECTION METHODS?
Yes, you can also find specialist tests that are geared towards testing candidates‘ knowledge in the necessary areas – whether it’s language skills, Excel, or expertise in organisation and document knowledge, or map skills for different modes of transport. If necessary, we can also test your stress resistance or other „soft skills“. You will be advised of the possible inclusion of tests in the selection procedure when you are invited to a personal interview.

WHAT IS THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR PST CLC MITSUI-SOKO? DOES IT HAVE MULTIPLE ROUNDS?
The selection procedure in our company is usually two rounds. If possible, we try to speed up the selection process and manage a meeting with the direct supervisor of the position already at the first personal meeting.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I KNOW THE RESULT OF THE SELECTION PROCEDURE?
If you have been invited, the personal interview usually includes an agreement on the timeframe and manner in which you will be contacted.
If you have not been selected for a personal meeting, you will receive a written response from us by email, usually within 14 days of sending your CV.
